Now I don't necessarily disagree with your overall concept but I disagree with this comment:

Time will tell but history indicates otherwise.
I wouldn't be surprised to see battery manufacturers, or CE product manufacturers license the MOS now that it is able to clearly demonstrate a very significant improvement on batteries seperating it from the competition....expecially in light of recent snafus on the battery front.
You just don't know what could cause a paradigm shift in the ongoing saga.....but between IP efforts, eVU sales and improved proprietary developments, there are lots of avenues for pps growth.
