An example how tightly the MMs are manging the pps...

At 14.22.14 hour I placed an order for 10,000 shares at $.195...

At the time the bid was $.19 and ask $.20...

At 14.29.09, some 7 minutes later, two small windows popped up on my computer screen showing that I had bought two 5000 shares.

The Scottrader screen showed the trade, the total shares jumped to 209000 at the time, and immediatly it changed to 210,000 shares traded with bid moving up to $.195 and ask to $20, and the pps was walked up to bid $.20 and ask $.21...

For some reason my order for 10,000 shares still is not filled and remains open...
