I think those questions will be addressed at the upcoming shareholders meeting. If the announcement of the shareholders meeting is this week, as Putnam has stated, then the shareholders meeting will likely be held sometime during the week of Nov. 12th. It could be held later than that, but not before. A 45 day notice peoiod is required by the SEC. Any later than that week and it gets into Thanksgiving week and the holidays thereafter which I think is unlikely. Financials for the current period should be released that week as well, making it an attractive time to hold the meeting. It should also coincide with a ruling after the upcoming Wencor hearing sometime in October.
