Not quite, imo.  I think the market would look at a settlement of that magnitude, multiply by a reasonable amount of infringers and send EDIG running based on the expected growth curve and start extrapolating out based on the size of the flash market.

Also, keep in mind that most of those dollars go directly to EDIG's bottom line.  Do you know the revenues needed to be generated to yield profits in that neighborhood?
