It is truly amazing to me as to how many naysayers are in this forum. The bottom line is Duane Morris did their dd and took the case and identified 176 or thereabouts potential infringers. Either a companuy infringed or they didnt . If they used edigs pateneted technology without lisc or without permission the  result is simple THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY !  Consider that some of these patents are over 10 years old so potentially companies have been infringing and profiting for that period. Those #s add up quite quickly andcan mean mega $ for edig and shareholders
