I looked for more info and commentary on two of the patent law sites. The arguments are all over the park as it seems the "venue change" is being debated everywhere.

Since I am not an attorney, I just have to ask the question:

If DM (or any firm) must file before giving notice, does that not dictate the venue unless challenged by the mean ole copy cat?

As for travel, Good Luck. If you are in Biz Class or better, you can make it. However, you don't drink. So, it would be a very long flight for me without a little night cap or two.
