Back on August 14 Blakeley stated:
“This quarter, we expect patent enforcement actions to commence on our flash memory-related patent portfolio and also expect to ship over $2 million in eVU products and services with improved margins as we expand our international portable IFE business.”
Today's reemphasis of that expectation and the Vivitar infringement suit signal filed signal more follow through by Blakeley and his team. With Q2 now in the books, this expectation appears a done deal.
My guess is any delay for the annual meeting has to do with EDIG wanting to be able to discuss IP developments in more detail, and that would require DM to file more suits or Vivitar to settle,or both. Just a guess...
