I believe this is the key to most solid business relationships. DM could not have this opportunity without EDIG. However, EDIG may or may not have been able to secure the same deal with another law firm. Once selected, DM and EDIG have vested interest as DM is spending their own money. IMO, that actually works in EDIG's favor (vs. paying $600+ an hour)
