Anyone think the infringers will settle to protect these growing markets?

I think DM is right on track.  With the wheels already in motion with the filing of the Vivitar suit,  EDIG's flash patent portfolio must appear as being in a big sweet spot.  That's why DM is on board.

The flash markets are exploding as a result of handheld portable products.  The timing and venues could not be any better to monitize EDIG's patents.

DM is expert in its field and I put my faith in their actions.  As they officially add more infringers with higher profile names, eventually they will name numbers....and that is when the monitization actually begins, imo.

Show me the numbers.
