I think we can safely assume that on 12-21-06 Vivitar was already an identified infringer, as that was the date when the company first announced it had identified the 174 companies with 1,372 products in question.

It was 6-27-06 when Nunally was first announced as spearheading the IP efforts for EDIG.  So the process has taken over a year to go from concept to the first filing.  It seems like the big hurdles have been met and the filings should increase dramatically over the next year.  If over 174 companies are identified, one a month takes us out, what, 15 years, or something like that?

Here's hoping DM wants its money a lot quicker than that.  I know I do.
