I think Sinkman was asking if a "digecor" pretrial hearing date is expected in October, not if the Vivitar resonse is expected . My recall says I heard here that there was a date where some sort of convening was to occur. Please advise more accurately if known. I think this occurence if positive could be a pivot point not only for more aggressive sales efforts but also suggest TO DM further options in their strategy. GTL
