If EDIG and DM are successful in their efforts, the total number will make a difference, as it extends out the revenue stream for years to come.

I would think that with more targets DM doesn't have to aim as high on each judgement, or at least has more room to negotiate a settlement that works for both sides if they expect there are 173 still backlogged.  However I really don't have any idea how hard core DM will be or the size of the judgements.

Anyone out there know at what point in the preceedings an actual dollar amount is attached to the legal complaint for public viewing?

For our sakes, and Blakeley's sake, I hope he gets settlement #1 before the end of the fiscal year and that we also see the infringer backlog served grow.
