That was an unbelievable game to me...Hated to see it, but I give Stanford much credit. The SEC folks do not understand how hard, if not almost impossible, it is to go throught the Pac 10 schedule, home or away.

I guess our quarterback, as I found out today, broke the middle finger of his throwing hand in the second quarter and played through it. No excuses, we have others.

However, the two fourth down plays that that Stanford quarterback were absolutely unbelievable. I knew we were in trouble in the middle of the 2nd qtr. I congratulate all of the Stanford people on their victory, as I did with my Stanford friends who graciously found the time to call me within five minutes of the end of the game! l.o.l.

S.C. is not finished, by any means, and I am looking forward to the meeting with my third favorite (behind Fresno State). Should be a reall dandy! (Ain't gonna bet any wine on it, but I do have a couple of bets)_ Thanks, and go edig!
