Dear xxxxxx,

Over the course of the past year, MAXjet Airways has experienced numerous issues with our onboard In-flight Entertainment digEplayer. We have unsuccessfully worked with the vendor to resolve these issues and have decided to make a change. Mid October is the expected date for the new MAXplayers, when the new MAXplayers are in place we think you will be very pleased.

Thank you for choosing MAXjet Airways, we look forward to welcoming you on board a flight soon.

Best regards,
Jim Dibble
