Exactly. That's the current business model and it is progressing on track. EDIG could not and can not compete with the branding efforts of billion dollar companies. Heck, many billion dollar companies can't even do it. You have to be unique, niched and lucky. There may have been a small window of opportunity at one time before anyone had claimed the space but today, fogedaboutit.
Claiming rights to a critical piece of the technology is a much more efficient model and very real considering the flash patent portfolio.
Things look very promising. Blakeley has acquired the services of those who have experience and success at harvesting patent dollars.
