Your analysis is as good as any.

I suspect the legal eagles will be pushing hard for a deal. It's their money this time around. While not uncommon, these patent specialists make large money. My guess is they will use whatever tactics necessary to get Vivitar to cough up a cash filled hairball as, IMO, DM would not go after them if they did not KNOW they had a very strong case...kinda like mean ole copy cat Dominos, one falls and the others either stay in line and fold or they step out of line and face serious legal costs.

Of course, these mean ole copy casts will have high powered legal guns and they will not go quietly inot that good night.
