Please re-read what I said, which was;

"In PTSC case it workerd out to another 9 years left as the "COVERED PERIOD", even though the patents would be running out sooner...

Perhaps some one else here is also from PTSC and can dig this information out...

In short, if EDIG patents have another  years left on their "life span", there is further extention of that time by few more years"...

PTSC had few years left till their patents expired. That added to the to the add on years came to 9 years. Again according to Leckrone Senior there would be additional time, added to time they cvan claim infringements by and defendants they serve.

Accrding to what doni posted most of the EDIG patents have, on average, additional 9 years left. So the time added will decidely put them over 10 years at least...
