Looks like Putnam provide accurate council when I asked him about Wencor last month. From what I could tell there was no other reference to a hearing. I posted that information back on Sept 9th.

There is no scaling of terms other than if a ruling is appealed. as someone suggested might be the case. That is to say that a settlement without court litigation would not yeild a smaller contingency % than the 40% specified in the Duane Morris contract. If a litigation requires an appeal the terms then specify 50%.
Also it was suggested that when EDIG pled an interference with the patent office injoining Digecor, that Digecor abandoned their patent application. As far as Putnam is concerned he has not heard anything about this. I would conclude that this is erronious.
We should have a couple of airlines announced in conjunction with the WAEA conference. Duane Morris is still expected to initiate compliant filings this quarter and we should be updated with the status of the IP litigation by the end of the month. I personally don't expect names to be offered. I personally think multiple complaints will be iniatiated but the best I could get out of Putnam was these decisions are up to Duane Morris. We should also have a date announced for the shareholders meeting by the end of this month. It will be webcast.
More than the 174 companies and 1372 products have been previously announced are now targeted for patent infringement. No new #'s provided.
There is a hearing now scheduled sometime in October to address the pleadings Wencor made in May. I believe this was rolled back from a date orrigionally set in August.
Will Blakley attended the Asia Aircraft interiors show. No booth presence and no apparent change in the status of the Digeplayer XP nor Triad. Still displayed as a prototype.
The Bear icon is a picture take in my yard less than a week ago. Conversations with several knowledgeable people estimate it's weight to be around 700lbs. This is a black bear and is probably among the largest identified in NH. A very beautiful and well fed animal!
