Good news for us. The Court has denied digEcor's motion [69] and as a result of that denial, ruled motions [93] and [112] as moot. These are three small victories for us. I'll upload the PDF files tonight when I get home but will try and copy/paste the crux of Doc 129 in a few minutes.
