I take this as a positive outcome and an indication of how the court is viewing the proeeedings to date. The timeframe for proceedings as outlined by the court is within months of the exparation of the orrigional agreement signed by Boyer. (7years from 2002 = 2009) It sure seems like the judge is attempting to pressure Digecor to settle this thing out of court just by scheduling and denying Digecor's attempts to cherry pick and strike certain declarations to suit their intentions. I feel good about this!
