It's been a long time (longer by far than I had calculated) since e.digital announced 174 companies (over 3,000 products) and announced DM. I am hoping there is a method to their possible madness. (e.digital has shown they are capable of anything) in choosing Vivitar, and taking their time to go after this very large group of infringers, that I imagine has grown significantly. Speculation here can make for some stimulating conversation. My guess, is there appears to be some uncertainy about the changing laws and so forth. What do you think??? Inquiring minds want to know.
