Your assumption that many would sell at $.50 is way off target. Likewise you state that the buyer could use the patent issue to offset the purchase price. If that is true, why would anyone sell and not receive the income from the settlements given the choice of not selling.

I would think since the complete downside is currently about $.18 and the potential upside is perhaps between $5.00 and $20.00, the majority would not sell if the price went to $5.00 to $10.00 if a continued upside was possible from added patent settlements.

There are also many shareholders who have an average in the range of $1.00 to $5.00 and would not consider a buy out unless they saw a considerable markup over their cost. Isn't everyone entitled to a large profit after holding on and supporting the company for 3-10 years?

With over 250 million shares outstanding at a purchase price of $5.00 to $10.00, a buyer would have to pay approximately 1 to 2 1/2 billion dollars as opposed to settleing for a couple hundred million at the most of any target, an estimate based on prior discussions.

Lastly, its too early in the game to consider such a transaction. If lawsuits are won and we start to see income from settlements, then a success rate can be calculated as well as the revenue upstream potential and from that date a fair price could be calculated.
