SGE - Did you ever see the 'Pond Racer' built buy Burt Rutan for Bob Pond to capture the record in oval racing withing the corsair/p-51 class... lol it was so fast that couldn't find a pilot brave enough to take it into the curves for fear it be uncontrolable or fly apart.

Bob Pond bought the aircraft carrier Intrepid and made a floating museum out of it; one rich dude.
