the problem we have that we have to depend on congress to be honest in their opinions. Thats going to be tough because the biggest crooks are siting in those chairs. They will forst see how they can make a buck and then they will issue their decision. Remember Napster. They waffled on that and Napster gpot off clean and the industry got screwed and there is no such thing as intellectual ownership according to them. Every music composer and recording service has felt that decision and why, because congress got involved and went the way that money lead them.

Lets just hope that the court that was chosen will be fairer than what we can ever expect from congress. They only know how to screw people for their own benifit.
