on this board that has always been given my upmost respect for your knowledge and contributions. You are right on all most all of the time "BUT YOU SURE ARE A DOWNER"

Speaking for myself, and most likely many others, EDigital has ceased becoming an investment but more of a "dream" "a little engine that could".

Not to bore anyone with old info, I bought my first 1500 shares of Norris Communications 12-21-91 for $4.26 a share and continued buying since then. I sold 25,000 shares at 19 7/8 on 1-27-00. I am very much ahead of the game.

While I want to "cash in" on the rest of my EDigital holdings my interests seem to be divided on that and keeping alive this company we all have nursed. I anticipate the day certain success is theirs. It would fuel my sense of well being. I would be elated......also I do love to play golf and really do look forward to meeting all of you at my "First and Last Annual Powered by EDigital Golf Tourney and Clambake at Torrey Pines, San Diego" I want to put faces and personalities to the names I see every day....

LL, DB, Tommeek, Edieokie (maybe) SGE, Doni, Emit, Richardo, B-Lunist and many others.....Having a Margarita at the 18th is my dream....My dream is EDig making it. Of course becoming very wealthy is important also but as time goes on and events take place I find more importance attached to seeing a "grandchild" grow up, go to college and become a successful person.

That is why I find you a "downer" You put a pin in my balloon. Not that you aren't right in your assessments just your questioning every piece of good news gets to me sometimes and this is one of those times. Caution is great, optimism is greater. It gives those that have it a positive outlook on the day. That's the way I want to live my life, not standing on the first tee worrying.

Keep up the good work, just throw in a "happy face" every now and then....
