With that, I'm not expecting any large settlement victory over Vivitar. IMO, they're paving the way towards setting a precedence. If we see companies directly related up stream of this event take issue in defending Vivitar.....you can bet your ass it's super important IP.

IMO...The claims of 445 and 108 have a broad range of industry to target...not just the flash concerns. DM has seen fit to contract with e.Digital, regarding to them in particular.
