I've asked the company on more than one occasion if this MOS tweaking was a marketable feature and received no answer. If this improvement/innovation is patent backed I would venture a guess that this is technology worth licensing just for that alone, not to mention the rest of the flash patent portfolio.

Hopefully Blakeley will address this and the many other issues on the table before years end.
