Tell me why the share price of ptsc, discounting the spike lasting for a few months, is now in the low 40s and with a PE of less than 10.
It has been a steady decline for the last 1 1/2 years even wuith new settlements and with several on the horizon.
One or two settlements for edig is not going to take the stock up to several dollars and maintain it unless we see large companies and large setlements and on a continuous basis.
