our day is coming too...
Here's one of the best posts I saw on the TMTA board on yahoo...
October 2007 - Investors: *WHAT THE BASHERS & HECKLERS WON'T TELL YOU!
Transmeta Announces Settlement of Patent Litigation, Technology Transfer and License Agreement with Intel!
http://investor.transmeta.com/releas...
When Intel settled this lawsuit with Transmeta were you "in" or "out"?
MAJOR UPGRADES COMING!!! (will you be "in" or "out"?)
- Transmeta management has stated that they are actively negotiating additional licensees.
*Bashers and hecklers will try to lure you in with their circular logic and multiple ids. They will try really hard to get you to sell your shares. They will post clever FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, & Doubt) messages meant to deter you from the facts and blur any positive sentiment. They will call you names such as a "bag holder". They will try to only point to a few thorns and ignore all of the budding roses. They will continually bash Transmeta's management. They will imply that the past has any bearing on future performance. Some of these posters are day traders, some work for Intel, some work for brokers, some were laid off, and some are just plain crazy. Bottom line is at these prices, Transmeta is probably a great investment. These are the facts IMHO. As always, do your own due diligence!
FYI - An alternative free message board for serious Transmeta investors can be found here:

I don't follow TMTA other than the fact they are in the news today for the exact same reason we are here... but how many additional companies is EDIG going after above the number that TMTA will be actively persuing licensing agreements with?
(I do find it interesting they apparently went for a 'big dog' first though...not that I am questioning DM's strategy.. I just find it interesting..)
