IF they received $150 million, which equates to maybe $500 million to a billion in gross revs, if not more to achieve such profits for most companies, and if the stock starts the day at .18, it is my opinion it blows right by your estimates and doesn't  look back.

Do I expect a $150 million settlement?  No, but then did investors expect that this morning?  No, hence the dramatic rise in valuation.

Consider ptsc, settlements were a lot less and their pps went north of $2 before settling back with more outstanding shares than EDIG.
