The only thing we know currently is that DM has filed a single lawsuit.
Using your math, we have to win lawsuits or settlements totaling 45 million dollars to equal out current share price, $.18. Since DM receives 50%, plus expenses we receive somewhat less that the 50%. But using this percent to keep it simple we need settlements of approximately 90 million to equal our share price of $.18.
We would have to speculate how many suits would have to be won to equal that amount. If you take the current approach , Vivitar, which is probably one of the smaller lawsuits, if we received 5 million net, it would require 9 total suits to equal our present $.18.
That may take some time, who knows, 6 months, one year, more?
I can't see investors looking at your scenario of buying cash for less than the face value until we win enough settlements to almost equal the face value.
As much as I want to see a share price of $2.00 to $10.00, I firmly believe it is going to take some time before that happens. I also don't think the investment community is going to jump in after a settlement or two unless they are large companies like Sony, Intel, etc. and the suits are for large amounts.
We need a win before we can even began to speculate about where the share price will go from it's current base.
