I believe the proceeds from any settlement would be directed toward developing other markets such as health care and the travel and leasure industries rather than dividends or repurchasing shares. The company is presently limited by it's resources to expand it's marketplace. With over 174 targeted infringers it's possible that the proceeds from settlement might eventually be directed toward dividends or repurchasing shares but initially those resources would yeild better results being reinvested in it's own enterprise.
