ptsc gave away about $25 million to shareholders in an unprecedented dividend play for a penny stock.  New management has aborted this policy, and rightfully so, imo. 

That extra $25 million or so would have been better served sitting as reserves for future business expansion rather than reward shareholders a bonus who had just experienced exponential gains already as a result of their foresight and patience.

The ptsc "excitement" has passed unless they land a bigger than expected deal, imo.  That doesn't mean it won't ramp up again, and I hope it does for the shareholders but the play was made.

You had to be ready and positioned for that moment in time....and sometimes it's just a moment and others it has legs.  That is what is to be determined by each and every one of us in real time.
