Along with the strength of our patents, anyone else believe DM took our case on a contingency basis because of e.Digital’s weak financial status?  They smartly realized that targeted companies would do research and see e.Digital couldn’t afford to pay a prestigious law firm an hourly billing rate for years on end.  This strategic move on DM’s and e.Digital’s part will hopefully bring infringing companies to the negotiating table sooner rather than later.
