I thikn the good news regarding DM's Amgen case was that it was won by a trial by a Federal jury, indicating they take cases they think will hold up in court. 

EDIG, being such a fledgling must hold enormous potential for them to proceed on a contingency basis.  No deep pockets here.  That flash market is a $25 billion market for the taking and being able to spread the infringement around to so many companies probably means they see success here as a cash cow over time.  Let's hope so.
