I don't quite understand what you are saying......On one hand you say the filing of the lawsuit has been factored in on the other hand you say the impact has been zero......so just where is the factoring in?.....Especially since the PPS seems to be lower than before both the DM announcement and the coming to light of the Vivitar IP infringement case.....???
