There has been no news release of a law suit against Vivitar! How many penny stock investors know of this action? Those who regularly follow EDIG on this and a couple of other boards are the only ones who know. How can an event that is not generally known be factored into the share price?

Most here are already fully invested, or poised to be so. We need new blood to generate the volume needed to jumpstart the share price.

I think there are a lot of gamblers out there that are looking for a stock like this, and when the news starts getting out, re: patent infringement, they won't wait for solid results to get on board, because this is not an investment stock. This is a penny stock gamble that has the potential to pay off big!
