I understand your caution. It is well thought out....However I have to believe EDig has some understanding or agreement with DM as to how quickly their infringement actions will take place.....I know of your many warnings of the vagaries of the judicial system but I cannot believe EDig with its business and financial position as it tenuously stands today would not question DM on that subject and have a "ball park" idea on when some positive results MAY come about IF successful......

I just can't quite fathom EDig saying to DM, "OK, have at it, here's our nursing home's telephone number, give us a call but speak loudly because I might be hard of hearing then"...
