I guess my question is did we ever learn that DM will not have any conflict of interest issues in taking this infringement case. Again your experience may contain the answer here and I do not recall mention on the board about how that would be handled per Edig & DM's Agreeements. Now strictly assuming, for discussion, if DM specified exclusion concerning some previous clients, would not Edig have recruited another firm to represent them, especially if they are a substancial infringer. Is it possible in recruiting DM that Edig agreed not to go after those infringers ? Just thinking here, out of a possible 174 infringers to be considered by PN is there some probability that DM has represented any of them ? Therefore could there be another law firm in place or still in negotiation and just gauging DM's moves before accepting the potential residual business ? Do not mean to beat  a dead horse on this one. Just want to be clear on one of many things I do not know. Thanks..
