Crude is heading for 100 dollars....what does that have to do with the ability to process it?

IMO...Synthetic's have replaced a big chunk of lubricating industry.

I don't put into the refining capability at all.

I might put into a short supply of crude....such as, the middle east conflict protracting the problem.
