I'm not sure your remembering correctly Gil. I never posted that we would hear news on the Vivitar litigationduring the first 2 weeks of November. I do think we will get a business update along with the financials that are due by Nov. 15th. I did post about several major airlines that would be announced in the next 6 months and that the shareholders meeting would be held by than as well.

Latest on shareholder meeting is that it will happen before the end of the fiscal year (march 31) Also there should be several major airlines announcing in the next 6 months.
