I can't think of many markets that have grown as exponentially as have the handheld flash based products market with endless products demonstrating a growing sales curve, can you? 

I would think DM would have ample data to demonstrate their point.  The world is savvy with respect to these products as they are consumer based, making it that much more easy for a jury to relate, imo.
