That is what they all say, right L.L.? Common, I read it that the patents were never legally issued, the patents belong to someone else other than us, da da da da da da.

Jeez, these guys must know something more than this and they use every option as a defense? I will say that I have many attorney friends, and I love them all! Really! However, this seems to me to be an all out use every possible defense to delay this thing.. Maybe even take it to trial in a couple of years..I ask you, who wins?,.. No matter what happens?
