Duane Morris Named Top Performing Law Firm in Complex Transactions

CHICAGO, November 9, 2007 - Duane Morris Chicago-based partner Michael Silverman was recently cited in The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Corporate Transactions for "delivering truly superior client service in corporate M&A work."

The All-Star report is based on interviews with more than c180 orporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies. These key M&A decision makers were asked, in an unprompted manner, to identify individual attorneys who "stand out as delivering the absolute best client service." Michael is part of an exclusive group of 86 attorneys from 63 of the top law firms in the country who were singled out by name for this distinction.

According to The BTI Consulting Group, Inc.'s independent research, Duane Morris is "one of the top performing law firms in complex transactions-the single most difficult quality to find in today's law firms." Of the more than 500 law firms serving the Fortune 1000, Duane Morris is one of the top 50 firms "outperforming competitors in the advanced M&A arena."
