After picking up their "25K" shares earlier today, (they disappeared from the bid side after that flurry of trading earlier today...) they now have a sell order at .17 instead of the .19 they had earlier.

I realize that ARCA is merely placing an order (that today became what appears to be an "you mean she won??" trade)  for someone else... but it's gotta make us inquire... WHO??

I said it a while back... they were always seem to be listed on both the bid and ask on "no news / little volume" days... they really didn't want to sell sahres at the ask, or buy at the bid.

Today that buyer got caught with a filled order.

So it would appear.
