Foxconn(Premier Image(Pretec SD vendor (C-ONE Technology Corp. and Walton Advanced Engineering, Inc.,)) hand off tech to Syntax(Vivitar). 

In going after Vivitar...IMO..they're looking at an embedded issue. Is this embedded issue part of an SD consideration handed down by Pretec,  as they handle MicroSD components,  or,  is Pretec designing a specific consideration for the Vivitar effort.

 IMO....Pretec is taking the easy way out with a boiler plate no hassle issue of MicroSD, for all designed efforts.

If Vivitar ends we still pursue the effort...there is accountability that does not disappear.
