From the BurstApple settlement PR:...

"Court costs, expenses and attorney's fees in connection with the settlement of the litigation with Apple will reduce proceeds to the Company to approximately $4.6 million."

This is what makes EDIG-DM agreement on "Contingency" basis so very significant...

There is no pressure on EDIG to settle just because Apple, or any other infringer brings out there big guns?..

DM is not only working for a percentage of what he gets, they also front the costs, whatever that amounts to...

There is all the incentive for DM to choose its targets well, and hardly any  incentive for them to settle for a paltry sum that may not even cover their costs...

All and all I do not consider BURST-APPLE deal as a model of the things to come as far as EDIG IP Litigation is concerned...
