1. Now that Vivitar has filed thier response ..what is the next step. Does the court now set a trail date ?or will Ward advise the two parties to try to reach a settlement?

2. Isn't it about time for DM to file another suit? PTSC named four different companies in one suit. IMO we should be doing the same thing.
