There are lots of reasons for investors to sell but at this time of year it's most likely some are adjusting their accounts according to off set any profits in other positions...whatever.
Until the company gives us a reason to buy it remains at the mercy of the mms and those $26.40 trades (200 shares @ .132)...could even be an idiot basher or two messing on these low volume days.
All insignificant considering the size of the patent infringement suits we have witnessed recently, like the $360+ million suit against Apple's ipod and the knowledge that EDIG and DM are about to move forward with more patent infringement suits.
