LL, you like a few others have it exactly right.  That's exactly how it went down.  I congratulate you on such sleuthing.  How is it that we are honored with you as a shareholder?  I guess it's because you are and have been spot on with every prediction over the years, hence your perfect track record and keen market timing.

And yes, once an investor does his/her due diligence and opts to take a position,  I would think they are interested in discussing what will drive this issue to the upside, after having already taken the downside into consideration.

I'm happy to stay focused on that which will bring me good fortune and why I have, over time, built my position.  PATENTS still seem to be front and center for which Duane Morris is building a case this very moment, against would-be Partners, Products in Global Markets.

That still rings true, eight years later.
